HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

When you have selected an item that you wish to purchase, click 'add this to my cart' and either continue shopping by continually adding to the 'cart' or click onto 'checkout' which will take you to a page to register your contact and delivery details.  Follow the prompts until the contact sheet has been completed and you will be directed to another page that will explain the final steps of the checkout process.

DO YOU TAKE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Bountiful Bellies does accept international orders. Just complete the order as discribed above. Postage for international orders is calculated by weight and is sent via Air Mail. The cost will be shown during the checkout process.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ITEM IS IN STOCK?

Generally, if an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. If you order multiples of an item, your shopping cart will notify you if there is enough to fill your order. Though occasionally, due to high demand, we may be out of stock of certain items. If we do not have an item in stock that you've ordered, you will be contacted via email or by phone. 

WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE MY SIZE?

If we don't have your size for any particular item, please contact us at customerservice@bountifulbellies.com.au and we will see if we can get your size in.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

When you send in your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. All orders will be processed and despatched upon receipt of payment and generally within 24 hours. See Payment Options for more details on how to pay for your orders.

  As soon as the cheque clears the bank, we will despatch your order(s).
  
  
• Credit Card (in Australian Dollars)
  Make payments online with your Visa, Bankcard or MasterCard via PayPal. Upon checkout, simply select the option to pay by PayPal. You will be redirected to a PayPal secure-server page where you can enter your credit card information. Fill out the information required to complete the order. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make payment for you order. When the transaction is successful, we will provide you with an electronic receipt. You will be then redirected back to www.bountifulbellies.com.au.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Bountiful Bellies immediately at  customerservice@bountifulbellies.com.au  Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Bountiful Bellies but we will do our upmost to ensure a happy outcome.

SALES

Orders during sales periods are final and are not eligible for exchange or refunds. Free shipping is not available during sale periods. Standard shipping of $12 will apply to all Australian orders.
