Shipping
To ensure your package arrives quickly and securely we use Australia Post Registered Post.
Orders placed before 12pm on business days will be posted that same day. We are pleased to offer our customers a competitive flat rate shipping charge of $12 Australia wide.
Please provide Bountiful Bellies with an address where you, or a representive for you, will be present to sign the receipt of your parcel. In the event that you are unable to sign for your parcel, a note will be left in you letter box advising you to collect you parcel from your nearest post office.
For any single transaction spend over $150 regardless of weight, we will send your items Registered Post - FREE!
Most Registered Post Packages are delivered to you within 3 working days if you live in a city. Although, should you reside in a more remote area, your parcel may take a little longer. In the unlikely event your parcel will be delayed in dispatch, we will contact you immediately to discuss the reason with you.
If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we will track it for you with the tracking code provided with Registered Post.
International Orders are sent via Air Mail Regular Parcel Post using Australia Post. The shipping cost is calculated by weight and is displayed during the checkout process.
Bountiful Bellies are unable to take responsibility for parcels not received due to Australia Post errors.
Free shipping does not apply to orders during Sale periods. Standard shipping of $12 will apply to all Australian orders.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please email Bountiful Bellies at customerservice@bountifulbellies.com.au as soon as possible and return goods within 7 days of receiving your order to:

Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unwashed, NO perfume smells or odours and unworn).
Discounted/Sale items are final sales and are not eligible for exchange or refunds.
In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please contact Bountiful Bellies on: customerservice@bountifulbellies.com.au to organise for the gift to be returned and a replacement organized.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please feel free to return it and we will exchange it for something more suitable. We will also refund if we can’t talk you into something else!!
Exchanges: in the case of exchanging an item, the buyer will be responsible for the new postage costs to ship the new item at a flat fee of $12.00.
Returns: if garments are unsuitable and not to your taste, we will gladly offer you an exchange for something more suitable, however, if you prefer a refund, we will hold $15 administration fee back from your refund. If the item is returned after 7 days of receiving your order, then a credit note will be issued instead of a refund. The credit note will be issued as a Gift Certificate through the Bountiful Bellies website.
All customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
